Or, assuming you can read the Microsoft product key sticker on the PC, you could buy (or borrow) any Win 7+ SP1 Home, 64-bit disk. It should install and activate itself since you're installing it on a Dell PC. If you want to stick with Win 7, you could buy a Dell OEM Win 7+ SP1 Home, 64-bit DVD on eBay etc.
